Sales and Return Policies
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing is the price
in effect when the order is placed.
Payment: Payment is accepted by check, cashier check, money
order, or credit card. Payment by check must clear the
issuing bank before shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover through the online shopping cart and by telephone.
Credit Card Orders: Credit cards are charged when the order
is placed. To prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, merchandise
will only be shipped to a verified address. If the shipping address
is different from the billing address, additional verification of
cardholder identity may be required before shipment.
Delivery
Time: Most in-stock products are delivered within 5 to 10 business
days after payment is received depending on the shipping destination. Products
listed as special order are typically delivered within 30 days
depending on the product and the shipping destination.
Shipment to U.S. Physical Address Only: we do not ship products to a PO box or
foreign country.
Non-Domestic States: We do not ship outside of the U.S. contiguous
states or to Alaska or Hawaii.
Warranty:
Defective parts will be replaced at no charge within 90 days from
original delivery date. Parts damaged by abuse or mis-use are not covered
by this warranty. We are not responsible for any incidental damages
caused by the use or inability to use the product(s).
Returned Goods: Merchandise should not be returned without
first receiving return instructions and authorization. Unauthorized
returns may be refused. We only pay return shipping if merchandise
was shipped in error or with manufacturing defects that require
parts to be exchanged. Special order items are not refundable. Returns
must be in original factory condition, and must include all original
packaging material, warranty cards (not filled out), manual and
accessories. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to charge for handling and restocking fees
up to 30% of invoice value.
RMA Request: a return merchandise authorization (RMA) must
be obtained before any merchandise can be returned. To get a return
merchandise authorization, contact us.
Claims: Claims for damages or shortages must be made within
5 days after delivery.
Back Orders: Customers are notified promptly when products
cannot be delivered within the originally estimated time. Backorders
may be cancelled and will be refunded upon request. Backorders for
products that are not expected to be available within 30 days will
be refunded and customers notified when the product is available
again.
Privacy Statement: The information we collect from you is
for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We
will not sell or trade your information to anyone. We will only
use the information to contact you about issues directly relating
to the products purchased from us.
